IS Storesperson £8 - £10 per hour IS Storesperson: Job Details My client a large public sector organisation located in Tyne and Wear are seeking a IT Stores-person for 6 months. You will be required to work within the IT Stores for 4 days per/week. - Receive, store and issue equipment ensuring items are available for users at all times. - Monitor stock levels, organise the disposal and replacement of equipment when required in line with procedures in order to ensure adequate stocks are available for users at all times. - Carry out stock checks, in conjunction with other staff, ensuring accurate and reliable stock records are maintained in order to provide management information when requested. - Maintain a computerised asset database and spreadsheets. Creating records and managing assets. - Liaison with suppliers for the delivery and collection of goods. - Liaison with Fleet Management and the support team to coordinate in real time replacement of equipment to minimise disruption to users. The other 1 day per/week will be helping the ICT Department out.
