There is currently an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their busy, dynamic finance team, working within a dedicated accounts receivable team. Principle duties and responsibilities: * Posting of all cash, cheques, credit card and bank transfer customer remittances on a daily basis * Liaising with centre teams and clients regarding their payment requirements, and providing outstanding customer service levels every time * Ensuring daily / weekly cash postings are compiled and are accurate * Maintain a sound system of cash posting; and to ensure that these are completed accurately and efficiently * Keeping errors to a minimum and ensuring that all worksheets are cleared on a daily basis and that any outstanding work is completed that day Benefits: * Competitive starting salary * Regular salary reviews * Support available for relevant professional qualifications * Company pension * Life assurance policy * Excellent holidays Requirements: * Previous demonstrable experience of working in a sales ledger environment * A high level of customer service skills and experience * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel skills and accounts packages * Excellent time management and prioritisation skills * Previous experience of working in a busy environment * Experience of working to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
