BENEFITS & SALARY 
This is a temporary position based in Huddersfield. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am – 11.30am. The hourly Salary is £6.00 – £7.00.

THE CLIENT 
This is a Fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, well-established business. Due to the increase in business they are looking for a Maintenance/Caretaker with Customer Service Skills.

THE JOB 
Within the role of a Maintenance/Caretaker, you will be required to work independently and as part of a team. You will be dealing with a range of full cleaning duties of a large 1st floor office, including toilets and the kitchen area. Maintaining general up keep of the building, cleaning carpets, change lighting, moving and cleaning furniture. Other duties may occur such as despatch internal post, parceling up packages and collecting goods from courier companies. The ability to drive would be advantageous.

CRITERIA 
Due to the nature of the role it does require a team playing, can do attitude. This role can be physically demanding. You must have the ability to use a computer with knowledge of Microsoft office to input and book goods in and to liase with courier companies to organise collections and deliveries. Driving License would be advantageous.
