Our client is a flourishing retailer embarking on a huge, exciting store opening programme. A food retailer with a difference, offering a unique, wholesome food range providing delicious products and offering a fantastic alternative for the lunch time market in particular.

Our client is looking for people who really want to take the business forward, who can get involved with store openings and start-ups and take ownership from day one, for standards, sales and most of all for your people.

With impeccably high standards and a real focus on investing in people you will receive excellent and thorough training for you to exceed and realise your full potential within the role. Your six week training programme before your store opens means you can hit the ground running and really get stuck in. You will be a hard working, conscientious retail manager who is commercially astute and driven to achieve results and not afraid to get hands on. A background in food or the ability to work in a very fast moving environment is particularly important.
